MyCyberFriend (“MCF") is a proven Artificial Intelligence like ("AI") tool, able to create the very realistic illusion that a child is actually interacting with another human. It can be used for entertainment or education.

The system allows for an unlimited amount of personalities and interaction with children. Each "personality" is unique and can interact with the child or other MyCyberFriend personalities. It can be customized to our partner's requirements for languages, cultural differences, to teaching Math or any other subject.

MCF is the "perfect" best friend in any language or culture. The potential of having a friend is a basic human need. However, it is not being met in full anywhere in the toy market or the Internet. Hundreds of thousands of AOL kids are looking for places to talk to others and make dependable, trustworthy friends.

History
8 years of intense development, MCF was launched on the Internet February 2004 (www.mycyberfriend.com). Since the initial launch, MCF III Inc. has recorded more than 100,000 world-wide users with minimal marketing. MCF is constantly being updated to meet the demands of the dynamic user base.

Past Present Future
MCF logs the users' conversations and retains facts for future reference. The program keeps track of each user's likes and dislikes, names/nicknames, pets, memories, skills, talents... or anything pertinent. As an example, a child shares the name of a cat, which can be referred to in future chats. This builds a positive and personalized experience for a child.

Technology
Each MCF server can handle up to 3,000 clients simultaneously. A single T-1 connection allows 63,000 users simultaneously. MCF's robust scaleable system can serve up to ten million (10,000,000) concurrent clients.
A front-end version of MCF is already being demonstrated in two applications... in both a stand-alone and Internet client/server side version. The MCF software is modifiable, modular, and expandable. MCF offers enterprises a software solution which has a potential to integrate with an exponential number of products, enabling what people want to do... talk, interact and learn.

The Product
Our partners combine forces with MCF, because the companies can bring special interactive toys to "life" that can actually talk, listen and interact with a child. MCF is the AI "brains" of a whole new category of toys that are now possible with embedded flash memory or WiFi technology. The MCF technology is infinitely customizable for a myriad of uses, the possibilities are endless. Potential product ideas could be: an interactive doll, robotic toys, action figures, plush toys and math/science related toys (spatial relationships, etc) that all interact real-time and respond to a child's prompts. MCF technology could be combined with Short Message Service ("SMS") like "OGO™" or "Blackberry™", WiFi, PDA's and Cell phones to create a fully interactive 24/7 experience. It appears that Hasbro's™ "ChatNow" is on a similar track. There is no limit on the unique number of personalities and uses.

As a ground breaking Two-Way interactive toy, MCF can enable the toy to chat and respond based on the actions of a child. For example: when the toy is tickled, it can giggle and engage the child into conversation. The responses of the toy can be infinite with speech and voice recognition combined with sensors that accurately monitor the child's actions (whilst recording the child's name, preferences, etc onto a computer). This will enable a complex interaction on many levels and create a play experience that empowers a child's: emotional security, curiosity, creativity, language ability, self-esteem and other untold rewards. The AI "brains" and responses do not necessarily have to be inside the toy. With a WiFi connection, it can be server based for unlimited interaction and control.

Additional Revenue
Beyond the actual sale of the toy, the MCF technology enables the possibility of a continuous revenue stream with a subscription service and software enhancements (added personalities for the children to befriend, entertaining lessons, and other possibilities yet to be discovered). The toy can also be programmed to provide information on new and upcoming products or events. The potential benefits and profits derived from the use of this technology are immense and this would certainly be a rapidly developing market with massive market share for the early adopter of this technology.

Conclusion
MCF is designed to give its licensing partners the most powerful and flexible platform for inclusion in their own products. It can be used as stand-alone software or, in its most powerful version, used with the Internet or wireless platforms.
